Our 1:1 mentorship is offered as a bespoke three‑month program, tailored to the unique needs of high achievers who may be carrying the often-hidden weight of grief, guilt, relentless pressure, or a sense of inner misalignment. This trauma-informed, strengths-based support is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your values, and take meaningful, sustainable steps toward a life that feels balanced, grounded, and true to who you are.

Over the three months, you’ll receive:
✔ Fortnightly 60 minute Telehealth sessions, where we’ll explore your personal goals, identify unhelpful patterns, and co-create practical strategies for greater emotional resilience, self-trust, and well-being.
✔ Personalised tools and exercises focused on your unique experience — including mindset work, emotional regulation, boundary setting, gentle self-care, and rituals that honour your sensitivity and strength.
✔ Supportive, tailored resources to reflect on between sessions and keep you moving forward at your own pace.
✔ Ongoing access to Telegram support between sessions, allowing you to check in, ask questions, and receive gentle guidance as you navigate real-life situations.
